CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Data November 13, 1974 <br />Time : 8:22 P.M. <br />PIGCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL <br />APPROVAL OF <br />MINUTES <br />GENERAL PLAN <br />AMENDMENT <br />GP-74-11, <br />Continued to <br />next meeting <br />Commissioners Present: Butler, <br />Doherty, McLain and Chairman Wood. <br />Commissioners Absent: Carrigan. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance followed. <br />The minutes of the October 15, 1974, <br />meeting were approved as submitted. <br />Chairman Wood introduced the two new <br />Planning Commissioners, Robert Butler <br />and Gregg Doherty, to the other <br />members and welcomed the two gentle- <br />men, who are filling the unexpired <br />terms of Commissioner Gene Pons and <br />Chairman Woody Pereira. <br />Pleasanton Garbage Service - appli- <br />cation for an amendment of the <br />General Plan from Low Density Resi- <br />dential and Medium Density Residen- <br />tial to Agriculture and Grazing for ' <br />that approximately 60 acres of land <br />located on the south side of Vine- <br />yard Avenue, approximately 2,100 feet <br />east of the eastern City Limit line. <br />Secretary Harris read a letter <br />written by Burke M. Critchfield, <br />attorney, dated November 13, 1974, <br />for Ralph Martin who resides on <br />Crellin Road, owner of the property <br />adjacent to the proposal. The <br />letter requested that this matter be <br />continued as his client did not <br />become aware of this application <br />until the day prior to the hearing <br />when he read it in the newspaper. <br />Further, that in checking with Mr. <br />Harris, Mr. Critchfield was informed <br />that no notice had been sent to <br />Motion: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes : <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />
