He <br />pointed out that the parcel is a <br />very difficult one to work with, and <br />totally unsuited to single family <br />development. <br />Mr. Bob Cook, 7236 Avon Court, Dublin <br />~aho was sitting in the audience, <br />zad a question regarding how the <br />commercial would be developed. He <br />aas advised that the s tage of review <br />is the plan amendment and no types <br />~f uses are discussed at this point. <br />here being no further comments, the <br />ublic Hearing was closed. <br />ommissioner Butler worried that <br />his five-acre parcel looked at in <br />onjunction with the existing center, <br />fight tend to rival the uses there, <br />s well as its size; beside diverting <br />ommercial areas away from the <br />entral business district. <br />ommissioner Carrigan spoke to the <br />ity Attorney, indicating that there <br />re many ramifications here and that <br />t would be his desire to recommend <br />o City Council that this parcel be <br />laced in the study dis trict , for <br />thorough study of all its aspects. <br />he City Attorney advised the Com- <br />issioners of the steps they would <br />eed to take to accomplish this . <br />iscussion followed. <br />r.
