Mr. Chris Beratlis was present, re- presenting the applicant, who was also present. Commissioner Butler wished to explore the position taken by staff and applicant that the area would be un- suited to any type of residential development. Considerable discus- sion followed. Commissioner Garrigan expressed con- cerns about the amount of general plan amending the Commission has been reviewing.
