In addition, Mr. Weaver <br />was advised that the City would <br />shortly be adopting an ordinance <br />which would regulate uniformity of <br />burglar alarm systems. <br />Set for Public <br />Hearing. <br />Bob Hartman, 475 Bonita Avenue, <br />spoke. He stated that since his <br />dad builds stereo components, he has <br />had considerable experience with <br />electronic components, and these <br />are similar to what Mr. Weaver <br />builds . <br />(Commissioner Garrigan indicated <br />that the applicant is to be admired <br />(for his attempts to clear all the <br />legal requirements before going <br />'into business. This feeling was <br />shared by Commissioner Butler. <br />A resolution was entered by Com- <br />missioner Butler, seconded by <br />Commissioner Garrigan and carried, <br />approving this home occupation <br />request, subject to the conditions <br />shown in the staff report. <br />Additions to the C-S Zone. <br />Secretary Harris explained the <br />staff report. <br />The Commissioners concurred and <br />adopted a motion to set this matter <br />for public hearing to adopt the <br />ordinance to allow carpet and floor <br />covering stores in the C-C, C-R and <br />C-S zones.
