M. <br />PIGCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Public Hearing was closed. <br />MATTERS FOR <br />COMMISSION'S <br />REVIEW <br />Z-75-51, Approved, <br />Res. 1345 <br />A resolution recommending to the <br />City Council this amendment, was <br />entered and adopted. <br />Request of Roy Keith Weaver for a esolution <br />home occup ation permit to conduct econded <br />a business from his home at 6665 yes: <br />Singletree Way. oes: <br /> bsent: <br />Secretary Harris gave the back- bstain: <br />ground of this request, and con- <br />cluded by stating that since appli- <br />cant does intend to assemble the <br />product in his home, it did not <br />meet crite ria for administrative <br />approval, so it had to be reviewed <br />by the Pla nning Commission. <br />Mr. Weaver was present to answer <br />questions. He stated that the I' <br />assembly of the burglar alarm systems! <br />would take place in his bedroom. <br />He brought along a sample for the ~'' <br />Commissioners' review. i. <br />.Commissioner Carrigan asked if these <br />devices would be installed by him <br />in the user's home. Mr. Weaver <br />replied that they would, and that <br />they are battery operated or plug in <br />types running off the house current. <br />He indicated that it would take him a <br />couple of days to assemble each sys- <br />tem. He does not intend to adver- <br />tise. He is 16 years old and in <br />the advanced electronics class at <br />Dublin High. <br />Upon inquiry, Mr. Weaver stated that <br />he had discussed these devices with <br />the Electrical Contractors Board, <br />who advised him that they would pass <br />inspection.
