He
told the Commission that Vervais is
very Narrow, has 1'~ inches of black-
top and the telephone poles are in-
stalled 5 ft. into the street. He
further indicated that at the time
Arrow Rentals were requesting use of
the site, the City Council indicated
that the telephone poles would be
moved and the street paved if traffi
access was allowed on Vervais. Mr.
Baribaldi further expressed concern
regarding the noise level of activi-
ties on the site .
Mr. Dan Pons, 4242 Vervais Avenue,
spoke next. He explained that he
lives directly across the street
from the site and asked what pre-
cautions would be taken with regard
to residue after cars are sanded and
painted. He too asked about the
noise resulting from body work and
if there would be proper insullation.
He told .the Commission that though
he was not against the application,
he would prefer that there be no
-7-
T.____ ,..... _.. _.__.... .
