CITY of PLEASANTON <br />`~ Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING, <br />DGte : June 11, 19 75 <br />Time : 8:0o P.M. <br />PIGCB; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />CONDITIONAL Al Bernard - application for a condi- <br />USE PERMIT tional use permit to utilize a pro- <br />UP-75-13, Approved posed 5 ,580 sq. ft. commercial se r- <br />Res. 1351 vice building as an automobile repair <br /> facility at 4262 Stanley Boulevard. <br /> Zoning for the property is C-S (Com- <br /> mercial Service) District. <br /> Commissioner Garrigan explained to <br /> the Commission that Z-75-83 was put <br /> over to the Planning Commission as <br /> the applicant objected to Condition <br /> #3 and preferred to have the full <br /> Commission consider both of these <br /> items together. <br /> The Public Hearing was opened. <br /> Mr. William Hirst, 147 Bernal, <br /> attorney representing the applicant, <br /> was present and confirmed that though <br /> the applicant had no objections to <br /> the rest of the staff report, they <br /> did have a conflict with regard to <br /> Condition #3 of UP-75-13 restricting. <br /> vehicular egress onto Vervais Avenue. <br /> He indicated further that nominal <br /> automobile traffic is anticipated <br /> because of land use. Mr. Hirst asked <br /> that the traffic circulation be from <br /> north to south on the site and exit <br /> be allowed onto Vervais, and furthe r <br /> that Condition #3 be deleted from <br /> the use permit. <br /> Commissioner Garrigan asked how the <br /> applicant would expect to prohibit <br /> ingress from Vervais Avenue - allow- <br /> ing egress only? <br /> Mr. Hirst suggested that there be <br /> signing provided or the use of spears <br /> obstructing cars from entering onto <br /> the site. <br />-6- <br />Res. <br />Sec. <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Abstain: <br />Absent: <br />IX <br /> <br />
