Dir- <br />ector of Engineering Services indi- <br />cated that the City would be checkin <br />all aspects of safety with this ap- <br />plication. <br />Commissioner Doherty asked if it we <br />found necessary to install a right <br />turn only sign, who would stand the <br />cost? <br />Commissioner Doherty aske d that an <br />additional condition be added to the <br />effect that should conditions develo <br />that dictate no .left turn onto Ray <br />Street, that a traffic sign be charg <br />to the applicant.. <br />A resolution was entered recommendin <br />approval of this application with th <br />findings as listed with the recom- <br />mendations as conditions and that <br />Condition #7 be reworded by the City <br />Attorney to reflect automotive pro- <br />ducts only and that Condition #16 be <br />added as suggested by Commissioner <br />Doherty. <br />Planning Commission - application to <br />establish a new land use zoning dis- <br />trict - the proposed Hillside Planne <br />Development District. This district <br />could be established only in areas <br />having an average slope greater than <br />ten percent and in such areas would <br />regulate intensity of development by <br />correlating density with slope. <br />The City Attorney presented the re- <br />vised Hillside Ordinance and noted <br />an accompanying memorandum from Bri <br />Res . <br />Sec. <br />Ayes: <br />Noes <br />Abstain: <br />Absent: <br />X <br />-2- <br />
