Zoning for the property is <br />C-S (Commercial Service). District. <br />Mr. Harris informed the Commission <br />that when the report refers to <br />number of pumps, the applicant is <br />actually referring to nozzles and <br />may asking for as many as 20 nozzles. <br />He asked the Commission for direction <br />on this matter. <br />Commission Carrigan asked that Con- <br />dition No. 7 be reworded to reflect <br />gasoline and oil meaning automotive <br />products only. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />'Chris Beratlis, representing the <br />.applicant, was present and expressed <br />',concurrence with the staff report. <br />Res . <br />Sec. <br />Ayes <br />Noes <br />Abstain: <br />Absent: <br />X <br />As no one else wished to speak, the <br />Public Hearing was closed. <br />
