4y~~-8A1VjO~ <br />CITY of PI_~A~ANT~N <br />~~~ <br />`~ ~~~° Planning Camm-~sslon <br />..o <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Date June 11, 1975 <br />Time: 8:0o P.M. <br />PIGCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. John Griffin of Morrison Homes <br />was present to answer any questions. <br />He expressed general approval of the <br />staff report but asked that condi- <br />tions of approval, #4, #6, #11 and <br />#13 be modified. <br />Condition #4 - the applicant asked to <br />be free of this condition requiring <br />6"x6" fence posts, as they have used <br />4"x4" posts in the past, the Standard <br />Detail refers to properties backing <br />up to public ways and 6 "x6" posts <br />are hard to come by. <br />Condition #6 - the applicant felt <br />that for a model home complex they <br />should be free to put in 1 gallon <br />shrubs and 5 gallon trees rather <br />than be restricted to a mandated <br />minimum size . <br />Condition #11 - the applican t asked <br />that the words "offered for sale" be <br />changed to read "closed for sale". <br />Condition #13 - with regard to im- <br />provements on Morganfield Road and <br />Morganfield Court, the developer <br />intends to be completely paved, but <br />can't promise completion of detailed <br />improvements such as electroliers as <br />pan example, but believes these im- <br />provements should be in within a <br />period of a month. <br />As no one else wished to speak, the <br />Public .Hearing was closed. <br />-11- <br />
