4y~~8A1VjOy <br />CITY of Pl~~A~ANTUN <br />~~; ~ <br />;M:o Planning Comm~ss~on <br />I MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Dote : June 11, 1975 <br />Time: s:oo P.M. <br />PIOCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT <br />UP-75-14 , Approved <br />Res. 1352 <br />Chairman Wood then ente red a resolu- <br />tion recommending approval of Z-75-83 <br />and deleting Condition #3 of the staf: <br />report. The motion was seconded and <br />did not pass. <br />A second resolution was entered re- <br />commending approval of Z-75-83 in- <br />cluding all conditions as listed in <br />the staff report. This resolution <br />was seconded and approved. <br />A~ resolution was entered and approved <br />recommending approval of UP-75-13, <br />with all staff conditions and finding: <br />as outlined in the staff report <br />listed as conditions. <br />(Further, Commissioner Carrigan asked <br />the staff to convey. to Council the <br />problem about berms, signing, resur- <br />facing and street maintenance on <br />Vervais Avenue. <br />Commissioner Butler explained his <br />vote, saying he felt it was a good <br />use but was concerned about access <br />congestion onto Stanley.. <br />Morrison Homes, application for a <br />conditional use permit to allow for <br />homes to be constructed on the north <br />side of Morganfield Court to be used <br />as a model home complex including <br />sales office. Zoning for the pro- <br />perty is R-1-6500 District. <br />Mr. Harris said that he had discussed <br />with Mr. Griffin of Morrison Homes <br />the time schedule for completion for <br />final approval.
