He made a <br />lengthy presentation comprised of <br />testimony and over 60 exhibits in <br />maps, photos and documents which: <br />(1) depicted the appearance of the <br />proposed private road; (2) indicated <br />the amount of traffic to be generated <br />on the property; and (3) demonstrated <br />the design and improvements proposed <br />by the applicant and those. which staf <br />would recommend. Additionally, testiā€¢ <br />mony was taken from the following <br />members of City staff: Alan Campbell <br />Assistant City Manager/Director of <br />Public Works; Don Sooby, Director of <br />Engineering Services; Bob Harris, <br />Director of Planning; Arnold Eaton, <br />Director of Field Services; Captain <br />Bert Cherry, Fire Department; Captain <br />Ron Nelson, Police Department. <br />(After each member of City staff made <br />phis presentation, Attorney for the <br />lapplicant had the opportunity to <br />question him. He did in fact direct <br />questions to Messrs. Campbell, Sooby, <br />Nelson, Cherry. <br />Speaking for the applicant were <br />Gilbert R.
