Because citize: <br />participation meetings had not been <br />completed at this time, all the re- <br />commended changes within the project <br />area have not been determined. For <br />this reason, it was felt that this <br />matter should be put over to, probab <br />September, when all the meetings mig <br />possibly be over with. <br />Permission to process a subdivision <br />using a private street and create to <br />of other than standard design as sho~ <br />on Tentative Tract Map No. 3256. <br />Since this hearing was quasi-judicia <br />in nature and due to the potential f <br />litigation relating to the above re- <br />quest, a court reporter, Richard <br />Aikens, was present to record pro- <br />ceedings. Prior to testimony, he <br />swore in all those people who were <br />to testify for both the City an d <br />applicant. <br />
