4~~~-BANTOy <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />.~, w <br />`~ ~~~° Planning Commission <br />+w sv <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DC18 : August 4, 1975 <br />Time : 7:30 P.M. <br />PIGCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Butler, <br />Doherty and Chairman Wood. <br />Commissioners Absent: Carrigan an d <br />Shepherd. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance followed. <br />APPROVAL <br />OF MINUTES <br />Continued. <br />VARIANCE REQUEST <br />o minutes were submitted. <br />Review and accept recommended change, <br />in project area of Pleasanton Redeve: <br />opment Plan. <br />Deputy Executive Director of the PRA <br />John Bowling, explained the reason <br />for the continuance. Because citize: <br />participation meetings had not been <br />completed at this time, all the re- <br />commended changes within the project <br />area have not been determined. For <br />this reason, it was felt that this <br />matter should be put over to, probab <br />September, when all the meetings mig <br />possibly be over with. <br />Permission to process a subdivision <br />using a private street and create to <br />of other than standard design as sho~ <br />on Tentative Tract Map No. 3256. <br />Since this hearing was quasi-judicia <br />in nature and due to the potential f <br />litigation relating to the above re- <br />quest, a court reporter, Richard <br />Aikens, was present to record pro- <br />ceedings. Prior to testimony, he <br />swore in all those people who were <br />to testify for both the City an d <br />applicant. <br />
