Mr. Auf der Maur replied <br />that they had no plans at this time. <br />If he could, he would like to build <br />in the area in front of that parcel. <br />Mr. Bowling felt that if there <br />were no plans to build on the par- <br />cel, why parcelize it at this time. <br />Some discussion ensued. <br />The City Attorney explained to the <br />Commission that parcels of land <br />cannot be created by lot .sale with- <br />out filing of a map. Now that Mr. <br />Auf der Maur owns all of the pro- <br />perty, there is no need for the <br />split. <br />Commissioner Butler then withdrew <br />the resolution. <br />Secretary Harris then requested <br />that this matter be continued for <br />a month until all. matters can be <br />cleared up. The applicant agreed <br />to this. <br />A motion was then entered by Com- <br />missioner Shepherd, seconded by <br />Commissioner Doherty and carried, <br />continuing this request. <br />Building <br />changes for <br />PUD-73-2 <br />Approved, <br />Res. 1370 <br />Review of minor building design <br />changes for PUD-73-2. <br />Secretary Harris explained the staff <br />report. Mr. Brad Hirst, represen- <br />ting C & H Development Co., who are <br />doing the Pizza. Hut restaurant, was <br />present.
