The Staff Review <br />Committee approved a tentative par- <br />cel map on a 3.06 acre parcel, sub- <br />ject to certain conditions. The <br />shape of the parcel does not meet <br />subdivision ordinance standards; <br />and the Planning Commission has the <br />power to modify the standards of the <br />subdivision ordinance. <br />The staff report, as presented, gave <br />background as to how this parcel <br />snap came about. <br />Mr. Auf der Maur was present. It is <br />his intention to legitimize what is <br />already two parcels created through <br />sale. The purchase of the property <br />and the minor subdivision were ori- <br />ginally scheduled to run concur- <br />rently, however, the sale closed <br />prior to the tentative parcel map <br />being filed and the lots were create <br />Mr. Auf der Maur now wishes to re- <br />cord the final parcel map. (How- <br />ever, at this time, he does not <br />have a comprehensive development <br />plan for the entire property.) <br />A resolution was entered by Com- <br />missioner Butler, and seconded by <br />Commissioner Doherty to approve this <br />request subject to the two condition: <br />in the staff report. <br />Before the roll call vote could be <br />taken, Director of Housing and <br />-5- <br />Motion: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />~X <br />X <br /> <br />
