Mr. Sooby indicated that it <br />would connect Woodthrush Park and <br />Pleasanton Recreation and Sports Park <br />The Hearing was closed. <br />Mr. Sooby spoke regarding Condition <br />#10, stating that this is typically <br />a condition added to tentative maps. <br />It is merely to indicate to the de- <br />veloper that the City is not approvin <br />the sketch plan shown on the tentativ <br />map but would only accept engineering <br />(designs done on the final map prior <br />!to improvements. <br />Commissioner Butler indicated that ~~ <br />the City should be concerned with ap- <br />proving maps before there is assuranc <br />that sewage facilities will be avail-, <br />able to serve the property. He furth r <br />indicated that the City was working <br />on the Sunol plant C & D and hopefull <br />in the near future additional capacit <br />to serve this development would be <br />available since the City had been <br />working on the problem. <br />Commissioner Doherty indicated fam- <br />iliarity with constraints placed on <br />undeveloped property due to the City' <br />present growth constraints. He reali <br />that there are a number of people <br />who may or may not be able to take <br />advantage of them. But he also re- <br />cognizes right of property owner to <br />make some legitimate use of his pro- <br />perty.
