Tentative Tract Map 4385 Application of Mackay Homes for an extension of their approved tenta- tive map. Mr. Harris presented the staff report. A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner Doherty, that Tract 4385 be recommended for extension as requested by the applicant subject to the conditions of the staff report dated 1/13/82. Tentative Tract Map 5008 Application of Vintage Associates for tentative subdivision approval of a 108 lot townhouse subdivision on approximately 7 acres of land behind the Vintage Hills shopping center opposite the northern terminus of Concord Street. Mr. Harris presented the staff report indicating this project had been given RAP exemption by the City Council and conforms with the approved planned unit development. The public hearing was opened. Doyle Heaton, Vintage Associates, stated he concurs with the staff report. The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey, that Tentative Map Tract 5008 be approved subject to the conditions shown in the staff report dated January 13, 1982.
