<br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COPM~ISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />Alameda County Fairgrounds <br />Cafeteria <br />.Pleasanton Avenue <br />Wednesday, January 13, 1982 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairperson Joyce Getty. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Gregg Doherty, Bill Jamieson, Larry Lindsey, <br /> DeWitt Wilson and Chairperson Joyce Getty <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and <br /> Community Development; Brian W. Swift, <br /> Assistant City Attorney; Walt Schaumburg, <br /> Associate Civil Engineer; Ric hard Glenn, <br /> Assistant Planner; and Shirle y McDougall, <br /> Recording Secretary <br />Council Members Present: Ldone <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of the November 18, 1981, December 1, 1981, December 9, <br />1981 and December 16, 1981 meetings were approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE COPdMISSION <br />Al Andre, Brooktree Court, stated he would like to address the traffic <br />studies prepared for the Orloff application. Chairperson Getty told <br />Mr. Andre that he would be able to do so when she opened the public <br />hearing with this regard. <br />Chairperson Getty indicated that because of the length of the agenda, <br />the following items would be moved forward as they will not require <br />much time by the Commission; items 8a, 8b, and 8c. <br />Commissioner Jamieson thanked J. Sullivan for the letter sent to the <br />Planning Commission. <br />Tentative Tract Map 4771 <br />Application of the Chamberlain Group for an extension of their approved <br />tentative map. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Jamieson that the request for extension of Tract 4771 be recommended <br />for approval subject to the conditions shown in the 1/13/81 staff <br />report. <br />~_.__ <br />
