Mr. Harris stated he hasn't contacted the property owners
concerning this yet but that if it is the Commission's desire to do
this perhaps case RZ-81-25 should be continued so that the other two
properties can be considered at the same time.
Mr. Jones, the applicant in case RZ-81-25, stated he is in no hurry
and wouldn't object to his application being continued.
Commissioner Wilson addressed sewers in the area and that there is
a line running the entire length of the Fairgrounds property. He
said some of the houses in the area are using these lines. Mr.
Schaumburg stated this can be checked out further. Commissioner
Wilson indicated the sewer line was built and paid for by the
Fairgrounds.
A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner
Wilson that case RZ-81-25 be continued to 2/10/82, and initiating
a rezoning request for the two parcels on the west side of Rose Lane.
ROLL CALL VOTE
Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and
Chairperson Getty
Noes: None
Resolution No. 2123 was then entered and adopted continuing case
RZ-81-25 to 2/10/82 and initiating a rezoning application for the
two parcels on the west side of Rose Lane.
-16-
...,.
