Commissioner Wilson asked Commissioner Jamieson if he was referring to one row of lots. Commissioner Jamieson said he was. Commissioner Doherty asked the sizes of the lots and said that perhaps the eastern one-third of the Molinaro property should be designated as low density and the western two-thirds be medium density that as it relates to the Kamp eastern one-third Low Density and western two-thirds be Medium Density Residential. Commissioner Wilson said it seems to him that if nothing is done with the Kamp property and since they have a PUD that the Planning Commission could satisfy people for low density who are satisfied with the Kamp proposal as submitted and they indicated that if they could be assured that was the case they wouldn't have any concerns. He said that only leaves the Molinaro property to play with. Mr. Harris said the intiation of the General Plan was for four pro- perties and now they will be adding one more to it. He said the properties now include DeVor, Busch, Sheffield and Kamp (1 acre site). Commissioner Wilson said perhaps they should drop this matter now. Commissioner Jamieson suggested the Commission reiterate their feelings about the Mohr/Martin area with regard to density. Mr. Dunkley said he completely understands the feelings of the Commission in this regard. Commissioner Wilson asked Mr. Dunkley about his proposal for the Kamp property and when it would be submitted. Mr. Dunkley said they were somewhat taken back by the staff recommendation and feels staff and he can come up with some agreeable solutions to some problems with regard to the project and then he will resubmit it at the earliest possible time. He said that the project needs the greatest flexibility possible to comply with a PUD and suggested that in the PUD process the Planning Commission could address the concerns of the neighbors. Commissioner Lindsey said he is not comfortable with drawing a line showing one-third or one-fourth Medium and Low Density Residential. Commissioner Jamieson said he could back off on this at this time but asked NIr. Dunkley to talk to the three property owners to the east; Lehman, Panganiban and Jennaro. Mr. Dunkley said he has talked to one and will talk to the others. Mr. Harris again addressed the staff report regarding RZ-81-22 and staff recommendation that inasmuch as the land use is currently Medium Density and PUD-Medium Density Residential would be appro- priate for the property, regulations concerning the use could be addressed at the development plan stage.
