Martin Inderbitzen, 205-H Main Street, represented the Molinaros. <br />He said once the property is prezoned PUD-Medium Density Resi- <br />dential it can be controlled when development plans are submitted. <br />He said he concurs with the staff report regarding this subject <br />and fully understands the intent of the Planning Commission with <br />regard to this area. <br />Commissioner Lindsey asked the location of the Molinaro home <br />with regard to the site. Mr. Inderbitzen explained. <br />Commissioner Jamieson asked if Low Density would be planned for the <br />eastern side.
