Martin Inderbitzen, 205-H Main Street, represented the Molinaros.
He said once the property is prezoned PUD-Medium Density Resi-
dential it can be controlled when development plans are submitted.
He said he concurs with the staff report regarding this subject
and fully understands the intent of the Planning Commission with
regard to this area.
Commissioner Lindsey asked the location of the Molinaro home
with regard to the site. Mr. Inderbitzen explained.
Commissioner Jamieson asked if Low Density would be planned for the
eastern side. Mr. Inderbitzen said that after sitting through these
hearings it is obvious the development plan would contain large lots
on the eastern boundary of the property.
The public hearing was closed.
A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner
Wilson that the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-81-22
be recommended for adoption inasmuch as approval of case RZ-81-2
would have no significant adverse effect on the environment.
ROLL CALL VOTE
Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and
Chairperson Getty
Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
Resolution No. 2133 was then entered and adopted recommending approval
of the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-81-22.
A motion was then made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Com-
missioner Wilson, that the 21 acre site located at the northeast
corner of Trenery Drive and Oakland Avenue be prezoned to the PUD-
Medium Density Residential District.
ROLL CALL VOTE
Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and
Chairperson Getty
Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
Resolution No. 2134 was then entered and adopted recommending the
property described in case RZ-81-22 be prezoned PUD-Medium Density
Residential as motioned.
-10-
~_.... __ . ......~.., ..._____ ____, . .. _ __~.. .. __._ _ _. r___ .__
