ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2131 was then entered and adopted approving case <br />GP-81-9 as motioned. <br />Commissioner Doherty asked about the Kamp and Molinaro properties. <br />He said he would like to eliminate those two pieces of property <br />and come back with DeVor and Busch property and initiate a general <br />plan change on those two properties. <br />Commissioner Doherty made a motion to initaite a general plan amend- <br />ment for the properties to be advertised; DeVor 25.6 acres, western <br />portion of the Busch property bounded by Southern Pacific, Mo: <br />Avenue and the DeVor properties and the extension of Martin Avenue <br />in a southerly direction, the Sheffield property 1.2 acres, and <br />the Kamp 1 acre parcel from the present General Plan land use <br />designation of Medium Density to Low Density Residential and that <br />the Montgomery .9 acre site be included in the area of Low Density <br />Residential. <br />This motion was seconded by Commissioner Wilson. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2132 was then entered and adopted initiating a land <br />use change to Low Density Residential for the properties included <br />in the above motion. <br />RZ-81-22, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone a 21 acre site at <br />the northeast corner of Trenery Drive and Oakland Avenue to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) Medium Density Residential District or <br />to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan. A <br />negative declaration of environmental impacts was also considered. <br />Commissioner Jamieson said he would like to move that the portion of <br />the property bordering Molinaro and Kamp - part that buffers against <br />the Dawes, Lehman, Panganiban and Jennaro be zoned Low Density Resi- <br />dential. <br />-8- <br />..._ ._. _.._.. .. _ _ _T-- ... _ _ . ~. .. ...... _..___ __ _.,__. _ _.. _ ____._ . _. 1.__ . <br />
