Commissioner Wilson asked if Commissioner Jamieson's suggestions were followed if it would mess up the plan being presented by Mr. Dunkley for the Kamp property. Mr. Harris said that the lots on the eastern portion would have to be made larger. Commissioner Wilson said that the speakers, however, seem to have agreed that the Kamp proposal would be acceptable to the neighbors. Chairperson Getty said she could not support the idea of cutting the Molinaro and Kamp properties down the center. Commissioner Jamieson said he agrees with the road that has been. drawn on Dunkley's proposal for the Kamp property. Commissioner Lindsey again stated, in his opinion, the concerns of the property owners should be fully addressed but done at the time of proposed development. Chairperson Getty again concurred with Commissioner Lindsey's statement. Commissioner Jamieson asked what would happen if Molinaro doesn't come in with a plan for five yars. A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey, that the negative declaration prepared for case GP-81-9 be recommended for adoption inasmuch as approval of case GP-81-9 would not have any significant adverse effect on the environment. ROLL CALL VOTE Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairperson Getty Noes: None Absent: None Abstain: None Resolution No. 2130 was then entered and adopted recommending approval of the negative declaration prepared for case GP-81-9 as motioned. A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey, that the Sheffield property, six properties between Camron and Mohr Avenue, the Wagerman property and the next several small lots including that of Kamp between Camron and Trenery, the Montgomery property on the west and the Corley property to Martin Avenue and the Thorpe property be changed to Low Density Residential. Mr. Harris indicated it would be hard to .draw such precise lines.
