Planning Commission Minutes 2/10/82 Resolution No. 2136 was then entered and adopted recommending approval of the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-81-25 as motioned. A motion was then made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that zoning for the 4.5 acres of land located at the northwest corner of Rose Avenue and Rose Lane be recommended as PUD-Medium Density Residential District. Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairperson Getty None None None 2137 was then entered and adopted recommending PUD- Residential zoning for the property described in RZ-82-2, City of Pleasanton Application of the City of Pleasanton to rezone two parcels totalling approximately one acre at 1550 and 1588 Rose Avenue (Lane) from the "A" (Agricultural) to the R-1-20,000 or R-1-10,000 (.Single-family Residential) District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan. A negative declaration of environmental impacts was also considered. Mr. Harris presented the staff report stating that the property owners have made no contact with the staff with regard to the City's application for rezoning. The public hearing was opened. No one addressed the Commission. The public hearing was closed. Commissioner Jamieson indicated he thought the lots would take 20,000 sq. ft. zoning. Commissioner Lindsey concurred. A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner Wilson that the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-82-2 be recommended for approval inasmuch as project approval would have no significant adverse effect on the environment.
