Commissioner Wilson made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Jamieson, <br />stating that findings A, B, and C as shown in the staff report to <br />the Commission dated 3/10/82 are made and that case UP-82-1 be <br />approved subject to the conditions shown thereon with revisions to <br />those conditions as follows: <br />"1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Division, except that the applicant shall locate the <br />spray booth as far east on the subject property as <br />possible." <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Wilson <br />Noes: Chairperson Getty <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2148 was then entered and adopted approving case <br />UP-82-1, Ed Rethers, as motioned. <br />PUD-82-1, Reynolds & Brown <br />Application of Reynolds and Brown for P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) <br />development plan approval of a second phase of development for the <br />56 acres of land located at the southwest corner of Hopyard Road and <br />I-580 in the vicinity of Bannister and Owens Drives. The proposed <br />development plan proposed fourteen individual office and research <br />and development buildings on the site ranging from 1.2 to 7.2 acres <br />in size with structures proposed up to five stories in height. <br />Zoning for the property is P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) <br />Industrial/Commercial and Offices. The Planning Commission may <br />recommend any action relative to the proposal consistent with the <br />General Plan. A negative declaration of environmental impacts <br />will also be considered. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report. He recommended condition <br />number 9 be added to read as follows: <br />9. That at the time deemed necessary by the City <br />Engineer the applicant shall construct a driveway <br />through the easternmost tip of the subject property <br />between the Carnation Restaurant site and the Meyer <br />property and aligned with the western driveway on the <br />Carnation property.
