A motion was then made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Com- <br />missioner Wilson, that the property described in case RZ-82-4, <br />application of the City of Pleasanton, be prezoned P.U.D. (Planned <br />Unit Development), Medium Density Residential/Low Density Resi- <br />dential/Open Space District. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2152 was then entered and adopted approving case <br />RZ-82-4, as motioned. <br />GP-82-2, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />for a general plan amendment to change the land use designation of <br />the following properties from Medium Density Residential to Low <br />Density Residential or any other land use designation deemed appro- <br />priate by the City: <br />1. On acre parcel located on the south side of Trenery <br />Drive approximately 1200 feet west of Martin Avenue. <br />2. One acre parcel located on the north side of Mohr Avenue <br />approximately 1200 feet west of Martin Avenue. <br />3. 25.6 acre parcel located on the south side of Mohr <br />Avenue immediately east of the SPRR tracks. <br />4. Western approximately one-third of the 107.4 acre parcel <br />located on the south side of Mohr Avenue approximately <br />1600 feet east of the SPRR tracks. <br />A negative declaration of environmental impacts will also be <br />considered. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Commissioner Jamieson addressed staff regarding the Kamp, Molinaro <br />and other properties in the area. Mr. Harris stated it was recom- <br />mended that the 57 acre and 21 acre Molinaro properties remain <br />Medium Density Residential.
