Mr. Harris reviewed the staff report and recommendation to approve <br />an extension for Tract 4850. <br />Larry Bartelson, engineer for the project, spoke supporting their <br />application and recommendation of staff. <br />A motion to recommend approval of the request was made by Commissioner <br />Wilson, seconded by Commission Doherty subject to the conditions <br />in the staff report of 4/14/82. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2167 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of a time extension for Tract 4850 subject to all of the conditions <br />in the staff report of 4/14/82. <br />Tentative Map Tract 4850, Northwood Homes <br />Application of Northwood Homes for an extension for their approved <br />tentative tract map to subdivide an approximately 1.78 acre site <br />into 8 single-family residential parcels located on Muirwood Drive, <br />immediately north of its intersection with Lemonwood Way. The <br />property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) District. <br />Commissioner Jamieson took this opportunity to congratulate the new <br />City Council members on the recent election. <br />PUD-81-30, Prudential Insurance <br />The draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) prepared for the pro- <br />pose~ienda Business Park; a 573 acre "business park" to include <br />approximately 16 net acres of garden offices, 62 acres of general <br />offices, 51 net acres of mid-rise offices, 48 net acres of industrial <br />warehousing, 282 net acres of research and development/light manu- <br />facturing; and 39 net acres of retail/commercial/financial development <br />with the remaining approximately 75 acres to be used for street <br />right-of-way purposes, to be located on the east side of Hopyard <br />Road between the Arroyo Mocho and a point approximately 1400 ft. <br />south of I-580 and extending east to the tracks of the Southern <br />Pacific Transportatic~r~ Company. <br />Testimony will be taken pertaining to the contents of the draft <br />EIR. This material will then be used in preparation of the nal EIR <br />which will be considered by the Planning Commission and Gity Council <br />when they hold public hearings on the project, itself.
