Resolution No. 2164 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration prepared for case GP-82-5. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey, to deny case GP-82-5 for the reasons discussed. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Wilson <br />Noes: Chairperson Getty <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2165 was then entered and adopted recommending denial <br />of case GP-82-5 as motioned. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />Request for Consideration to Allow Outdoor Sales <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report and recommendation not to change <br />the ordinance. <br />Chairperson Getty said the letter of request is fairly complete and <br />that in being an owner of a business and having overhead she didn't <br />see why the ordinance should be changed. <br />Commissioner Wilson indicated he had no comments. <br />Commissioner Doherty stated that staff is quite correct and sees no <br />reason to change the ordinance.
