MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />4/28/82 <br />Page 6 <br />Commissioner Wilson said if most of the membership comes at <br />night, stickers would work at this time clearly showing who uses <br />the parking lots. <br />Commissioner Doherty indicated this could be a very prestigious <br />thing to have on one's car.. <br />Commissioner Lindsey and Jamieson then rescinded their motion <br />and second. A motion was then made by Commissioner Lindsey, <br />seconded by Commissioner Wilson that case PUD-82-5 be approved <br />subject to the conditions of the staff report plus two conditions; <br />one, that membership not exceed 2100 with. the expansion of the <br />raquetball facility; and two, that Schoeber's provide decals <br />for their membership within three to four months of the date of <br />this approval for the purpose of automobile identification <br />while parking. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, <br />Lindsey, Wilson and Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution NO. 2169 was then entered and adopted approving <br />case PUD-82-5 as motioned. <br />GP-82-4, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to review and amend <br />where appropriate and necessary the existing population benchmarks <br />and other General Plan growth rate policies as contained in <br />the various elements of the General Plan. The Planning <br />Commission may recommend any action on this matter felt to be <br />in the public interest.
