Chairperson Lindsey asked if there has been any discussion regarding <br />this with the property owners. Mr. Warnick said he had talked to <br />Dan Christopoulos the owner of the properties and he understands <br />what is happening in the area. Commissioner Doherty then asked <br />about the elimination of parking spaces at the Hungry Hunter and <br />other restaurants. Mr. Warnick explained that there would be a <br />property swap and parking spaces would come out the same with much <br />better access. He said there will be no parking in the street. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />John Reynolds, Reynolds & Brown urged approval of the application. <br />He indicated that staff has covered it pretty well and would be <br />happy to answer any questions. He said they do plan to develop <br />from the back of their property to the front. He said the street <br />names will be difficult inasmuch as his development was going to <br />have names of runners and athletes and might have to be changed. <br />Mike Harris, 7588 Ivy Court, Pleasanton asked that if by approving <br />the application if he would be precluded from putting in deed <br />restrictions. Mr. Swift stated he would not. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Getty that the negative declaration prepared for case PUD-82-12 <br />be recommended for approval inasmuch as approval of this application <br />would have no negative environmental effect on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2183 was then entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of the Negative Declaration for case PUD-82-12. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wilson that case PUD-82-12 be recommended for <br />approval subject to the conditions of the staff report of <br />6/24/82. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: <br />Noes <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Commissioners Doherty, <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />None <br />None <br />None <br />Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and <br />Resolution No. 2184 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case PUD-82-12 as motioned. <br />-8- <br />T. <br />
