Commissioner Jamieson said he would support 30,000 sq. ft. <br />lot size.. Commissioner Wilson said he would support 20,000 sq. ft. <br />and not 30/40,000 sq. ft. because it doubles the cost of the <br />improvements. Commissioner Doherty made a motion seconded by <br />Commissioner Getty that case RZ-81-17 be recommended for approval <br />subject to the conditions of the staff report and adding another <br />condition that no lot shall be less than 20,000 sq. ft. in size <br />on the subject properties. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />Noes: Commissioner Jamieson <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2182 was then entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of case RZ-81-17 as motioned. <br />Mr. Dunkley of Castlewood Properties was then advised of the action <br />taken on case PUD-81-36. <br />PUD-82-12, Reynolds & Brown <br />Application of Reynolds & Brown for a modification to PUD-82-O1 and <br />PUD-80-14, "Pleasanton Park" involving an alteration to the primary <br />access and circulation pattern of an approximately 56 acre "business <br />park" located near the southwest quadrant of the intersection of <br />I-580 and Hopyard Road. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) Industrial/Commercial and Offices District. The <br />Planning Commission may recommend any action regarding the proposed <br />modification consistent with the General Plan. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report and recommendation. <br />Chairperson Lindsey asked about Bannister Street connecting to <br />Johnson Drive. Mr. Warnick said it actually becomes an extension <br />of Johnson Drive. <br />Mr. Harris said it would probably be better to rename the streets. <br />Commissioner Jamieson stated this is a superior plan to anything <br />they have seen.
