A motion was then made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey, that Tract 4901 be approved per the staff report modifying <br />condition No. 28 and adding conditions No. 29, 30, and 31 as follows: <br />28. If this development precedes the development of the <br />adjacent Tract 3133 on the south, the developer shall <br />cause a second vehicular access to be constructed. <br />This second access may be via Fairlands Drive (including <br />a portion of Fairlands Drive and the double box culvert <br />across the G-3 channel) or via the extension of Pimlico <br />south to the extension of West Las Positas and west to <br />the existing double box culvert crossing the G-3 channel. <br />The minimum street section shall be <br />lanes with 2 ft. paved shoulders on <br />total width of 28 ft. of permanent <br />This access shall be provided prior <br />certificates of occupancy for homes <br />this subdivision. <br />two 12 ft. driving <br />each side for a <br />structured section. <br />to issuance of any <br />in Unit No. 1 of <br />29.
