(two stories) on an approximately <br />4 acre site, located at the northwest corner of the intersection of <br />Stoneridge Drive and Willow Road. <br />PUD-81-30-6D, application of Callahan-Pentz Properties for design <br />approval for an approximately 75,000 sq. ft. four-story building <br />on an approximately 4 acre site, located at the northeast corner <br />of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Chabot Drive. <br />PUD-81-30-7D, application of Callahan-Pentz Properties for design <br />approval for a three structure office complex of approximately <br />45,000 sq. ft. (two stories), 35,000 sq. ft. (one story) and <br />39,000 sq. ft. (one story) on an approximately 8.3 acre site, <br />located on the east side of Hacienda Drive between Gibraltar Drive <br />and West Las Positas Boulevard. <br />Zoning for Hacienda Business Park is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Commercial/Industrial/Offices District. <br />Mr. Harris reviewed the staff report and referred to the models <br />of the seven different projects provided by Prudential and pointed <br />out there were renderings of each of the structures on the walls. <br />Mr. Harris stated the staff is very pleased with the quality and <br />design of the seven projects and feels that it is sustaining the <br />faith that they had in Hacienda to continue with a quality project. <br />He stated the buildings are the work of three different architects <br />and feels that each did a very good job. <br />-6- <br />___ _._-___ __.... _...__ _.. ...,_..._ ..__.__.__......____~.. .._._.._ _.._.. .. , _._ .. __ _ . r <br />
