Mr. Goudreau stated he was basically trying to get the number of <br />jobs represented in the decision to be made on this project. Mr. <br />Goudreau stated that he strongly urged the Commission not to approve <br />additional area which would significantly affect the total potential <br />of the north Pleasanton area. He stated he felt the jobs projected <br />by the EIR are clearly in conflict with the goals of a balanced <br />community that are clearly operable in the General Plan. He further <br />said there is still a question among the community as to what <br />direction it wants to take now. He stated that we should keep a <br />balanced community consistent with the goals of the General Plan. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Doherty, that case PUD-82-15 be approved subject to the 9 con- <br />ditions of the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL <br />VOTE <br />Commissioners Doherty, <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />None <br />None <br />None <br />Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Resolution No. 2197 was then entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of case PUD-82-15 as motioned. <br />/// <br />-5- <br /> <br />
