Zoning for the <br />pr perty is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential <br />District. A negative declaration of environmental impacts will also <br />be considered. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report and recommendation of approval. <br />He then made reference to a letter received from the Williams, a <br />ne'ghbor of Hempy's which was distributed to the Planning Commission <br />fo their review. <br />
