He said their major <br />co cern was with the possible development of the rear of the property. <br />He said they were also worried about a road going to their home. He <br />sa'd he could see no reason to continue the application because the <br />ro d will be widened to almost 20 ft. and he couldn't see this to be <br />a roblem. Chairperson Lindsey asked if there was a dirt road now. <br />Mr. Hempy said it is a dirt road. <br />Co issioner Jamieson inquired as to whether or not the Williams <br />ha an easement through the Hempy land. Mr. Hempy said they did. <br />Ch irperson Lindsey felt that it would benefit the applicants to put <br />th matter off to the 13th of October and by that time there would <br />pr bably be some figures available as to what improvements would be <br />re uired. <br />Co issioner Wilson asked if the earthquake faults were discovered as a <br />result of the trenching. Mr. Hempy confirmed this to be the case. <br />Mr. Hempy further stated that the Williams live up on the hill and <br />everything the applicant would be doing would benefit them.
