Commissioner Wilson made a motion that approval of UP-82-16 would have <br />no significant adverse effect on the environment and that the negative <br />declaration be adopted. Commissioner Doherty seconded this motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Wilson and <br />Vice Chairperson Jamieson <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Chairperson Lindsey <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2224 was then entered and adopted approving the negative <br />declaration for case UP-82-16 as motioned. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Getty that all required findings are made to grant this use permit and <br />that it be approved subject to the conditions of the staff report of <br />10/13/82 modifying conditions 2 and 4 as follows: <br />2. That seating for the auction shall be limited to 100 <br />seats and be held no earlier than 7:00 p.m., and no <br />oftener than once each week night. <br />4.
