Commissioner Wilson said he would like to see the development go to <br />City Council and made a motion to deny application PUD-82-21. This <br />motion was seconded by Vice Chairperson Jamieson. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioner Wilson and Vice Chairperson Jamieson <br />Noes: Commissioners Doherty and Getty <br />Absent: Chairperson Lindsey <br />Abstain: None <br />This motion died because of lack of majority. <br />Commissioner Doherty made a motion to approve PUD-82-21 subject to <br />the 36 conditions in the staff report taking lots 172 through 179 and <br />adding them to the community center thereby reducing total number of <br />lots to 236 eliminating condition No. 2 and amending condition No. <br />23 that all lighting be approved by the Police Department; condition <br />No. 30 that the developer pay all fees that the project may be subject <br />to consistent with the terms of the Affordable Housing Competition; <br />condition No. 32, the developer construct streets to public standards <br />and deed them to the City; and retaining the recreation and basketball <br />area in the northwest corner. This motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Getty. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty and Wilson <br />Noes: Vice Chairperson Jamieson <br />Absent: Chairperson Lindsey <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2230 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case PUD-82-21 as motioned. <br />Vice Chairperson Jamieson then asked for a raise of hands of those <br />persons in the audience for the Housing Element of the General Plan <br />and Tentative maps. As a result he said the balance of the agenda <br />would be changed to accommodate those present. <br />-22- <br />
