Commissioner Wilson said that is <br />a good idea. Commissioner Getty asked if the Commission agreed that <br />lots 172-179 should be for the park area. <br />Commissioner Doherty made a motion to approve case PUD-82-81 subject <br />to the 36 conditions of the staff report modifying condition No. 18 <br />as mentioned by the applicant's attorney and agreed to by Mr. Warnick, <br />condition No. 23 that all lighting be approved by the Police Depart- <br />ment, condition No. 8 will remain as shown on the staff report; <br />condition No. 30 that the developer pay all fees that the project <br />may be subject to consistent with the terms of the Affordable Housing <br />Competition; that condition No. 32, the developer construct streets <br />to public standards and deed them to the City; with all other conditions <br />standing as is. Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion to keep the <br />vote going. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioner Doherty and Getty <br />Noes: Commissioner Wilson and Vice Chairperson Jamieson <br />Absent: Chairperson Lindsey <br />Abstain: None <br />This motion died because of a tie vote. <br />-21- <br />
