<br />Tom O'Donnell, Attorney for the applicant, stated that he had reviewed <br />the Staff Report and they were in agreement with it. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Wilson, <br />that Tentative Map Tract 5006 be approved subject to the 4 conditions <br />of the Staff Report, adding condition No. 5 that approval will not be <br />effective until Ordinance 1056 is effective and subject to the 28 <br />conditions of the Engineering Report, with the requested changes to <br />conditions No. 16 and 23, and the addition of condition No. 29 that <br />the developer shall clear all easements to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Getty, Wilson, and Chairperson Lindsey <br />Noes: Commissioner Jamieson <br />Absent: Commissioner Doherty. <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2251 was then entered approving Tentative Map Tract <br />5006 as motioned. <br />Report on the North Pleasanton Improvement District <br />Mr. Warnick stated this matter was before the Commission for review and <br />to obtair_ testimony -f.rom' the people affected. by the broject with regard <br />to the latest conceptual plans for improvement, so that staff can apply <br />to the State for approval. of the freeway project and proceed with final <br />design of the roadway improvements. <br />Mr. Warnick reviewed the Staff Report. <br />Chairperson Lindsey asked if this would go on to City Council if the <br />Commission approves it. Mr. Warnick stated the matter was on the Council <br />agenda for the meeting of 12/13/82. <br />Commissioner Getty inquired as to whether everyone within 300 feet had <br />been advised. Mr. Warnick stated they had, in addition to all of the <br />property owners and developers within the proposed District. He also <br />said that in addition to this hearing, a meeting was held on 11/29/82 <br />with the property owners at the Stoneridge Community Room. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Marvin Williams, 7426 Aspen Court, Pleasanton, stated that he lived <br />close to the proposed interchange on West Las Positas. He stated he <br />objects to the installation of a complete interchange at this location <br />because it is totally enclosed in a residential neighborhood, and that <br />he felt there were plenty of other means of getting into the industrial <br />area. <br />-9- <br />
