Tentative Map Tract 4771, Chamberlain Group (extension only) <br />Application of the Chamberlain Group for a second one-year extension <br />for tentative map approval of a 75 lot single-family residential <br />subdivision on a 65 acre parcel of land located between Crellin Road <br />and the City limit line at the end of Arbor Drive. The property is <br />zoned PUD (planned Unit Development) District. <br />Mr. Harris reviewed the. Staff Report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Ron Andrade, MacKay and Somps Engineers, representing the Chamberlain <br />Group, stated they agree with the Staff Report and the conditions of <br />approval. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Getty, <br />that the extension for Tentative Map Tract 4771 be recommended for <br />approval subject to the 12 conditions of the Staff Report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Getty, <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Doherty <br />Abstain: None <br />Jamieson, Wilson, and Chairperson Lindsey <br />Resolution No. 2250 was then entered recommending approval for extension <br />of Tentative Map Tract 4771 as motioned. <br />Tentative Map Tract 5006, Ken <br />Application of Ken Earp et al <br />subdivision proposed for an a <br />north side of Vineyard Avenue <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />District. <br />Earp <br />for approval of a 238 lot residential <br />proximately 29 acre site located on the <br />opposite Sauterne Way. Zoning for the <br />Development)--Medium Density Residential <br />Mr. Harris stated this matter was continued from the meeting of <br />November 10, 1982 because the PUD ordinance had to be reintroduced <br />so the tentative map had to be continued. He further stated there <br />were a number of conditions which had to be changed. He said that <br />conditions No. 16 and 23 had been changed at the request of the <br />applicant's attorney and the City was in concurrence. Mr. Harris <br />stated he would also like to add a condition No. 5 to the first page <br />of the Staff Report that approval of this tentative map shall. not <br />become effective until Ordinance 1056 is effective. <br />Mr. Warnick stated he would like to add one additional condition, <br />condition No. 29 on the Engineering Report, that the developer shall <br />clear all easements on the property to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />--8- <br />
