PIaCe; Pleasanton Justice Court GENERAL PLAN Recommended for Approval, Res. 1392 Planning Commission review of the revised General Plan of the City. The items to be reviewed in detail are the General Plan Supplement, Environmental Element and the revis General Plan Map. The material before the Commission i a review of the elements, additions and revisions to the General Plan. Hopefully, a decision will be made on the entire General Plan itself. At the time of the joint meeting be- tween Council and Commission on January 19, 1976, a thorough review and explanation was made on all ele- ments of the Plan, but for the benef of the audience, Mr. Harris presente a brief review. The review included the dates on which Commission and Council reviewe and adopted the mandated elements of the Plan, the supplement and the en- vironmental element being the last of the material to be reviewed. Mr. Harris stated the .purpose of the supplement and described its content He did the same for the environments element. The revisions to the map itself were then described. These include pre- vious General Plan Amendments and staff technical changes. The last item on the map is probably the most important and ties in with the City's newly adopted policy on growth rate of 2~ average per year.
