Ad- <br />ditionally, a petition asking for a <br />continuance had been circulated <br />among these homeowners. <br />hairman Wood ascertained from Mr. <br />evine that the Public Hearing should <br />e opened and then continued. <br />The Chairman further indicated that <br />testimony perhaps should be taken by <br />a group who was present for this case <br />Mr. Braden indicated that it would <br />not be advantageous to take testimony <br />at this time since many of the un- <br />answered questions would be irrele- <br />vant to the rezoning procedure before <br />them. <br />Still, the Chairman felt people in <br />the audience should have an opportun- <br />ity to speak if they so wished. <br />Secretary Harris briefly described <br />the staff report, after which the <br />Public Hearing was opened. <br />Rich St. John, 7539 Homewood, member <br />of the Board of Directors of Stoneson <br />Townhouse Homeowners Association, <br />stated that notices went out from the <br />City to only 12 of the 46 homeowners <br />in the development, since those were <br />tall that were listed on the tax rolls <br />'(They requested a continuance on this <br />case to give them additional time to <br />(resolve problems they had. <br />A motion was then unanimously adopted <br />continuing this case to the March 10, <br />1976 meeting. <br />-4- <br />
