CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Data ; February 4, 1976 <br />Time : 8: oo P.M. <br />PIOCB; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />REZONING REQUEST <br />RZ-76-2, Cont. <br />to 3/10/76 meeting <br />undertake to review the premises of <br />the subject property periodically for <br />compliance. He further clarified <br />that other new auto repair shops <br />within the complex would then merely <br />require a zoning certificate for com- <br />pliance, i.e., the conditions of this <br />conditional use permit would apply to <br />all new auto repair facilities in <br />this complex. <br />',Deputy City Attorney Harvey Levine <br />~Istated that the resolution could be <br />jdrawn up so indicating this. <br />Accordingly, a resolution was entered <br />land adopted. approving a conditional <br />use permit for 3440 Stanley Boulevard <br />with staff conditions and making the i <br />necessary findings for the granting <br />lof a conditional use permit. Also <br />',staff would set a periodic followup <br />Ito ensure compliance with the con- <br />Iditions of UP-76-2. <br />Stoneson Development Company - appli- <br />cation to rezone approximately 22.7 <br />acres located south of Stoneridge <br />Drive and bounded by Stonedale Drive, <br />Gold Creek and Interstate Freeway <br />I-680, from PUD (Planned Unit Devel- <br />opment) District to R-1-6500 (Single <br />Family Residential - 6500 square feet <br />site area per dwelling unit) District <br />Mr. Dick Braden, Engineer with MacKa <br />& Somps, representing Stoneson Devel <br />opment Company, spoke requesting a <br />continuance of this hearing.
