However, due to <br />financial reversals, he was unable <br />to accomplish this and was request- <br />ing a further extension. He assured <br />the Commission that this would be <br />the last six-month extension he <br />would be asking for. <br />In reviewing the minutes from appli- <br />cant's first request on August 13, <br />1975, the original staff report, his <br />subsequent request for a six-month <br />extension, and Mr. Johnson's com- <br />ments at this review, the Commission <br />could not justify making a further <br />extension. It was noted that none <br />of Mr. Johnson's neighbors objected <br />to his repairing television sets <br />from his home. <br />A motion was then entered and adopte <br />denying Z-76-24, as petitioned. <br />Chairman Wood advised Mr. Johnson <br />that he had the right of appeal to <br />City Council if he so wished. <br />Resolution 1398, <br />adopted esta- <br />blishing Ad Hoc <br />Committee. <br />Review of recreational vehicle <br />storage yard in Tract 3150 (Stone- <br />ridge Townhouses.). <br />Secretary Harris explained the con- <br />tents of the staff report. He <br />provided the Commission with the <br />background on this case. There are <br />conflicting maps stamped approved <br />in the City's files, one showing a <br />grassy area where the recreational <br />vehicle yard is scheduled to go .. <br />The storage yard is depicted on the <br />tentative tract drawings and on <br />other documents. The conflict came <br />to light approximately 1-1/2 months <br />ago when Stoneson began construction <br />of the yard.
