In reviewing the minutes from appli- cant's first request on August 13, 1975, the original staff report, his subsequent request for a six-month extension, and Mr. Johnson's com- ments at this review, the Commission could not justify making a further extension. It was noted that none of Mr. Johnson's neighbors objected to his repairing television sets from his home. A motion was then entered and adopte denying Z-76-24, as petitioned. Chairman Wood advised Mr. Johnson that he had the right of appeal to City Council if he so wished. Resolution 1398, adopted esta- blishing Ad Hoc Committee. Review of recreational vehicle storage yard in Tract 3150 (Stone- ridge Townhouses.). Secretary Harris explained the con- tents of the staff report. He provided the Commission with the background on this case. There are conflicting maps stamped approved in the City's files, one showing a grassy area where the recreational vehicle yard is scheduled to go .. The storage yard is depicted on the tentative tract drawings and on other documents. The conflict came to light approximately 1-1/2 months ago when Stoneson began construction of the yard.
