No. 1397 ... <br />MATTERS FO R <br />COMMISSION'S <br />REVIEW <br />Z-76-24, Denied. <br />Pleasanton Glass Company - applica- <br />tion for a conditional use permit to <br />operate a glass business in the C-C <br />(Central Commercial) District at <br />4337 First Street. <br />The staff report was described by <br />Secretary Harris. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. Mr. <br />Jack Bras was present to answer <br />questions. The Public Hearing was <br />closed. <br />There were no comments from the <br />Commissioners and a resolution re- <br />commending approval and making the <br />findings necessary for the granting <br />of a use permit and adding all <br />conditions of approval was entered <br />and adopted under Resolution No. <br />1397. <br />Harold Johnson - request for an <br />extension of the six-month home <br />,occupation permit to continue to <br />loperate a part-time television <br />repair service in a residence loca- <br />ted at 2609 Corte Elena. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff <br />report. Staff's position is un- <br />changed from its position on the <br />original request, still recommend- <br />ing denial.
