Pleasanton Glass Company - applica- tion for a conditional use permit to operate a glass business in the C-C (Central Commercial) District at 4337 First Street. The staff report was described by Secretary Harris. The Public Hearing was opened. Mr. Jack Bras was present to answer questions. The Public Hearing was closed. There were no comments from the Commissioners and a resolution re- commending approval and making the findings necessary for the granting of a use permit and adding all conditions of approval was entered and adopted under Resolution No. 1397. Harold Johnson - request for an extension of the six-month home ,occupation permit to continue to loperate a part-time television repair service in a residence loca- ted at 2609 Corte Elena. Mr. Harris explained the staff report. Staff's position is un- changed from its position on the original request, still recommend- ing denial. The staff's position was that the business proposed by Mr. Johnson is not appropriate in a residential area.
