While <br />they appreciated the concerns of <br />neighbors, they feel the use would <br />not cause problems to them. They <br />intend to provide all off-street <br />parking, and will abide by all con- <br />ditions of the conditional use per- <br />mit. <br />The following persons spoke in favor <br />of the application.: <br />Mr. Archie Stanley, 856 Aramon Court <br />felt this would be a welcome addi- <br />tion to the C.B.D. <br />Barbara Fahler, 3652 Ashwood Drive, <br />feels that car pooling arrangements, <br />which are currently in effect for <br />those parents taking their children <br />to the Danville school, and which <br />would continue, would effectively <br />eliminate traffic problems. <br />Marion Carr,. 4565 Fisher Court, <br />another mother who drives to Danvil <br />could see no traffic problems. <br />Speaking in opposition were: <br />Dorothy Bronner, 426 Division, had <br />concerns about traffic on Division <br />Street. <br />Renee Diller, 414 Division Street. <br />She resides in the house in back of <br />the subject property, and shares <br />use of the driveway. She feared <br />for the safety of her children. <br />The Public Hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Doherty asked if the <br />business across the street had had <br />-6- <br /> <br />
