The Commissioners <br />did have certain concerns which they <br />wanted brought to the attention of <br />Council at the time of their review <br />of this case. <br />Mr. Karn stated that his clients <br />would be amenable to the I-P zoning <br />proposed by staff for the 16~ acre <br />area. <br />IA resolution was then entered and <br />adopted recommending to the City <br />;Council the adoption of RZ-75-4, <br />as follows : 43 Z .acres PUD (C-F) ; <br />16~ acres I-P; and the remainder as <br />shown on Exhibit A on file with <br />the Planning Department. Along with <br />these zoning configurations, the <br />Planning Commission wished to ad- <br />vise Council of their concerns, re- <br />garding proper traffic circulation, <br />noise mitigation measures, flood <br />control measures, and the lack of <br />sewer capabilities in the foresee- <br />able future. <br />Donald and Gail Washburn - applica- <br />tion for a conditional use permit to <br />operate a Montessori School at <br />386 Division Street; zoning for the <br />property is RM-15 (Multiple Resi- <br />dential) District. <br />Secretary xarris indicated the <br />letters on file for and against this <br />application. <br />;esolution: <br />seconded: <br />eyes <br />foes <br />absent: <br />abstain: <br />XI <br />XI <br />-5- <br />
