Joining in <br />the discussion was Associate Pastor <br />Sam Roberson. <br />Mr. Mark Gerton spoke in favor of t <br />church application. <br />Next, Tom Gallagher, 789 Kottinger <br />requested verification of a proposed <br />exit on Sharab Court. He worried <br />about possible severe traffic pro- <br />blems. <br />Next, Alvin Whittaker, 4161 Sharab <br />Court, spoke objecting to an exit on <br />Sharab Court. He also wished to <br />know what kind of buffer would be <br />used to separate his property from <br />the church parking lot. Secretary <br />Harris explained. <br />Some discussion ensued regarding de- <br />partment notification to property <br />owners regarding this application. <br />Next, Bill Malone, 4208 Sharab Court <br />spoke. He had been advised that no <br />access for the church would occur. <br />Other objections were raised by <br />Eugene Gibbs and Don Munz, both of <br />Sharab Court. <br />Next, Bob Pearson, Churchill Court <br />spoke. He wished to know about the <br />Historic Overlay District. He won- <br />dered about the consequences of not <br />invoking the ordinance.
