He had bee. <br />informed that the DMV had dropped <br />their plans to locate there. It was <br />explained that a small portion of <br />the property at the easternmost ex- <br />tremity would be developed as Public <br />and Institutional District. <br />A resolution of approval subject to <br />the necessary findings and condition <br />with a modification to Condition No. <br />~,5, per Mr. Levine's reading, was <br />entered and unanimously adopted. <br />Valley Plaza - application for final <br />development plan approval for final <br />phase of PUD-73-2, a commercial cen- <br />ter located at the northwest corner <br />of Santa Rita Road and Valley Avenue. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) District. <br />Secretary Harris requested that two <br />additional conditions be added - that <br />applicant repair the sign fronting <br />Santa Rita Road and that a burglar <br />alarm system be installed in the <br />building. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Henry Cupples advised that they <br />are cognizant of the sign and are <br />striving to repair it as soon as the <br />company can obtain the plastic to <br />do the job. <br />-10- <br />esolution <br />econded: <br />yes: <br />oes <br />bsent <br />bbtain <br />IX <br />X <br />
